WHY THIS MATTERS

You Are Not
Alone

In a world that often demands we carry our burdens in silence, we choose a different path. True wellness equity means that no one should have to navigate their emotional landscape without support. By coming together in spaces designed for healing, we bridge the gap between isolation and collective care—taking action to uplift ourselves and our community.

Your Questions,
Answered

Is an RSVP required to attend?

Yes, while Mind & Heart Fest LA is completely free and open to the community, we ask that you RSVP via Eventbrite. This allows our facilitators and organizers to prepare enough space, materials, and resources for everyone.

Is the event venue accessible?

Absolutely. Accessibility and inclusion are core to our public health mission. Glassell Park is fully wheelchair accessible, and we have designed the layout to ensure clear pathways. We will also have designated quiet zones for attendees who need sensory breaks.

What should I bring with me?

We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle, comfortable clothing for movement sessions, and a yoga mat if you plan to join the Body Zone. Most importantly, bring an open mind and heart. We will provide everything else you need to connect and heal.

What are the parking options at Glassell Park?

There is free street parking available in the surrounding neighborhood. To keep the area accessible and reduce our community footprint, we highly encourage carpooling, biking, or using rideshare services if possible.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

If you need specific accommodations, want to volunteer, or have inquiries not covered here, our community team is ready to assist.
